This base yarn is bouncy, soft New Zealand Merino. Plus it's superwash so it's easy to care for, so you know your special project won't get ruined. It is such a pleasure to knit up!

This yarn is a sport weight, which is perfect for heavier socks, and also works beautifully for hats, scarves and sweaters. This listing is for one skein.

We use colorfast acid dyes and rinse all our yarns with a conditioning agent and pure lavender essential oil to give it a smooth hand, a soothing smell and to help protect it from fiber-eaters.
